News • QS win new catalist framework for work across the entire public and charitable sector for LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT from 1st Feb 2009.

Who we are • QS challenges traditional business models by providing an environment whereby companies with sought after services can combine forces to enhance their offerings to both existing and new clients. Quatrosystem Ltd act as prime contractor and facilitator to a range of companies with skills across commercial and functional areas including LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, PROCUREMENT, E-LEARNING, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, COMMERCIAL RECRUITMENT and PROCUREMENT SOLUTIONS.

Marketing related activities include MARKETING, MARKET RESEARCH, SOCIAL MARKETING, STRATEGY & PLANNING, DESIGN & COMMUNICATIONS and RESEARCH & ANALYSIS.

Where we are • Our operating model allows good national and international geographical coverage. Our delivery staff are located predominantly in home-based offices across the south of England, the Midlands and the north of England in addition to our office hubs in Kent, Bedfordshire and Birmingham. Our personnel are equipped to work securely and remotely if any assignment requires them to be away from their home office for any period of time.

QS are able to offer their services direct or as an accredited Catalist supplier.

Frameworks • Catalist is a suite of Framework Agreements established by OGC Buying Solutions to provide Public Sector organisations with a simplified means of procuring a wide range of goods and services.

These framework agreements can be used by all public sector bodies. Using QS consultants through a Catalist Framework Agreement saves time and money for purchasers and ensures that the terms and conditions of any contracts are robust and follow best practice.

Under the Catalist framework, QS currently provides marketing consultancy and market research. Our marketing consultancy covers the provision of advice on sales and marketing strategies, policies, processes and organisation, including product/service reviews and brand positioning. Our market research includes advice on conducting qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis. QS is currently awaiting the feedback from a new Learning and Development ITT, following the PQQ process submitted in early 2008. We are bidding on the following five lots: Communications and Marketing, Diversity & Equal Opportunities , E-Learning, Management and Leadership, Procurement.

Standards adherent commercial and project management.

Engagement Management • All quality and project management facilities are managed by our QSBuy system. This monitors progress and client satisfaction at each key stage of the client contract. Our in house specialists in quality management consultancy oversee our quality management programme. QS is BS EN ISO 9001 accredited.

QS Buy 2008 handles the logging, monitoring and tracking of orders, management of projects including timescales, targets and milestones, and comparisons to time utilisation information flowing in electronically from the consultants. The system can communicate via e-commerce links to clients and consulting teams.

The Engagement Function manages QS resources, checking availability of consultants, co-ordinating activities and liaising with clients to schedule and monitor projects. Technology is used to update the systems in a timely fashion with reports, schedules, and orders flowing automatically.

In order to ensure that QS addresses any quality issues at the earliest possible opportunity, we monitor the progress of each project and regularly communicate with client representatives. We also carry out an independent review, post-assignment to monitor customer satisfaction.
